Porpoise Families:

• NO Practice Wednesday AM:  With the rain, the water and air temps are still unseasonably cold. It will be warming up and the sun should be coming out, so we'll see you at the meet! 
• Home Meet!!! - Warmups at 5:00 
  • Parking: The pool will close to the public at 4:00. You may arrive any time after that. Parking is limited. When the lot is full, some can park in the grass along the drive to the north of the pool. Back in so your car faces the pool The neighborhood to the north of pool has street parking as well. Do NOT park at the business across the street from the pool. 
  • Check in: Volunteers need to come to the kiddie pool area to check in. The kiddie pool is NOT available for littles to swim. Only volunteers & coaches should be in this area. Swimmers need to check in with any coach. 
  • Camp: You may set up your camp in any grass area except behind the blocks or where the bullpen canopies are. The gates to the shelter house will be open, and you may set up outside the fence if we run out of room inside. Please do NOT put any chairs along the fence on the north side of the pool. You may stand there to watch your child's race, but not stay in that area.
  • Concessions: There is supposed to be 1 person working concessions. You are welcome to bring coolers/food (no glass). 
  • Awards: We like to celebrate achievements at our home meets! In the kiddie pool area, we have a volunteer with little prizes. When your swimmer finishes their first race, doesn't DQ for the first time, gets a personal best time, etc. bring them to the kiddie pool for a prize and a high five. They can even ring a cowbell!
  • Last minute issues: For swimmer issues contact Coach Jarvis ([email protected]). 
•  Saturday at Foxboro: The deadline to register is Thursday, June 15 at 8pm. This is not a league meet and does not count toward the minimum of 3 meets to compete at champs. We are helping a team in another league that did not have enough teams to swim against. Also, we've missed a lot of practice. It will be a beautiful morning for a swim meet. And you're done by noon to start celebrating the dads for the rest of the weekend!
