Thanks for a great meet on Saturday! Your help to make it run smoothly and efficiently is much appreciated. We are now heading into the second half of our season. 

THIS WEEK

• Meet Saturday 7/1 @ Groveport: Registration deadline - Thursday at 8pm. 
  • Keep in mind the 3 meet minimum to swim at Champs. To swim in a specific event at Champs, the swimmer must have earned a time in that event this season. Choose 3 individual events for this meet.
  • 7370 Groveport Rd, Groveport, OH 43125
  • Warmups at 7:30 am. The meet may start a little early (7:45 ish).
• Volunteers: Keep checking the jobs lists.  
  • Things change right up until the meet (and during). Champs jobs have opened. You can also let us know at a meet that you can be a backup. 
  • If you have earned your 3 points - THANK YOU! However, there still may be a need for your help, especially with Champs.
• • Officials are the biggest need and it's not too late! Click HERE for the training  recording (Passcode: 6kzF$+dT). Let us know you've watched it and sign up for an official job. More experienced officials will mentor and guide you.
• Board Members: Nominations will open next week for new board members.
  • Thank you to those that have asked questions about the positions. It really does take a village.
  • According to our bylaws. the offices are 1 year terms and are voted on each year. There are no term limits but officers must have a swimmer on the team. Nominations open at least 14 days before our awards/meeting (July 20). I will send a Google form early next week with detailed descriptions of the 4 offices and places for you to nominate yourself or someone else.
