• Location: 1330 Main St, Dresden, OH 43821
• Entries:
  • Please be sure to declare your swimmers no later than NOON on Friday July 12th.
  • As other teams do Coach Josh will be choosing what events your swimmer will compete in but requests are welcome.  Please keep in mind they are requests as Coach Josh is looking at the big picture and what will be best for the whole team.
  • No late additions will be accepted as there is a penalty fee per swimmer added after the deadline!
• Warm-ups: Please arrive in time for your swimmers to do warm-ups!
  • Session 1 (11 and older) is 6:40 - 6:50 am in lanes 1-4
  • Session 2 (10 and under) is 2:40 - 2:50 pm in lanes 4-8
• Parking: Swim Center parking lot with additional parking on either side of the venue in the lots at Dresden Elementary and Tri-Valley Middle School.
• Camp: Our team is setting up camp at the same spot as last year on the far side of the pool from the main entrance, near the shelter house. Please see the attached map of the pool.
• Jobs: Jobs sign up is now open! The second session is going to require EVERY family attending to help. Families can help get each other get their swimmers where they need to be. Our older swimmers' families are not at this session to do the jobs. Any spots not filled voluntarily before the meet will be assigned when you arrive. Please go to JOB SIGN-UPS and voluntarily pick your time.
  • Both sessions:
    
    • Runners(2 for each half): Collect timing sheets and DQ slips and deliver to the scoring area
    • Timers(Lane 3, we will need 3 for each half)
    • Officials(2 for each session)
• Concessions: A variety of food in concessions and also from food trucks will be available. You are also welcome to bring coolers.
• Heat Sheets: Will be available for purchase ($5) at the meet.
• Merchandise:
  • • Merchandise is available now by clicking HERE! Ordering now is a great idea as it will be made before and will be ready for pick up at champs instead of waiting in a long line and them possibly running out of products. 
    • Also I know the prices may seem high but a portion of the sales will go directly back to the league and helps us offset the cost of champs and keep the league fees down. This is the leagues only fundraiser.

AWARDS NIGHT

• We will be hosting our annual awards night on Thursday July 18th during our normal practice time from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM.
• We will also be providing cake and cupcakes to help celebrate our 50th anniversary Season!
• Kids may swim during our annual meeting where we will elect board members. We have 1 open spot(that has been claimed) as my family and I will be moving to Indianapolis at the end of the season. We will for surely miss this amazing community that has made us feel right at home!
• After the meeting we will then start handing out our awards for the year(all swimmers will receive a medal, and will also hand out most improved and MVP for both boys and girls of each age group as well as the coveted Larry Fruth Award!).
• After awards kids may again swim until 8:30.

Again THANK YOU so much for making this season great!  On behalf of my entire family, I would like to saw that we will greatly miss this amazing community.  Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome over the years as we were transplants from Cincinnati.  We will certainly remember everyone and all the great memories of our time here with the Porpoises, Southwest Licking Schools as well as this entire community!  We hope to stay in touch!
